Skills for Care: This weeks newsletter looks at the new leadership and management qualifications:

Skills for Care are holding a launch event in September to provide more information on the new qualifications. See the events section on the SKills for Care website for more details.
As part of the new qualifications, learners will have the opportunity to tailor their learning to their job role. Specific dementia qualifications have been developed at level 2 and 3 for continuing professional development (CPD). There will also be an option on the new Health and Social Care (HSC) Diplomas at Level 2 and 3 to take a specialist dementia pathway, which will allow learners to further tailor their learning.
