Ageless at Work is a three year project led by Skills for Care and part funded by the European Social Fund (ESF). The project is helping to address some of the needs related to: the long term care needs of an ageing population; increasing the flexibility of service provision through changing organisational culture; how the experience of older people not currently working can be used to help grow existing businesses, develop entrepreneurship etc.
In addition to directly supporting the individual organisations involved in the project, it is intended that the work will leave a legacy of good practice, innovation and resources that will help care providers in years to come.
