NHS Health Scotland has launched two new dementia publications: "Facing Dementia" and "Worried about your memory?"
Worried about your memory? provides information about the factors that can affect memory, along with practical tips on how to protect memory and how to deal with memory loss.
Facing Dementia: how to live well with your diagnosis aims to help people understand and come to terms with a diagnosis of dementia. It provides practical information on living well after diagnosis, including tips on staying active, memory, money matters and planning for the future.
